Curtis Allgier: Inked for Murder

A shooting Monday morning left one security guard dead. A suspect identified as 27-year-old Curtis Allgier led police on a high speed chase through Salt Lake. He was arrested at a Salt Lake City Arby’s restaurant after injuring one employee there.
