Browns Will Trade or Cut Charlie Frye

The Cleveland Browns' flagship radio station, WTAM, is reporting that the Browns are trying to trade quarterback Charlie Frye, that they think they are trying to get a deal worked out with an unnamed team, and that if the deal isn't reached, he will be cut.
